House extention to keep up with family extention :)

Small house extension about 20 square meters, adding one bathroom and a entrance way with a internal staircase to second story, and cladding part of existing lower level to match upper level weatherboard Some existing internal walls removed as well. We have building plans and have applied for Consent, Should be approved in next few weeks. Need a registered master builder that can give a fixed price quote ( finance requirement) We would like it finished to the ready to be plastered stage.
