Second living area plus master bedroom

I have a 3 bedroom home. We would like to add a second living area and a master bedroom with ensuite and walk in wardrobe. Our house was relocated to our site in 2010. It is weatherboard and approximately 100 years old. I have included one photo to show the existing house. The extension would be on the side closest to the photographer, bringing that side of the house out past the far side. We would like a professional who can manage all aspects of the job from council permits to hiring sub contractors, although am also happy to get to closed in stage and organise sub contractors ourselves.
