Laundry repair

We need help with fixing a leak in laundry wall. Could be coming from window or door with no flashing, or spouting outside. Have checked up in the roof & dry. We have had a plumber look & told will need a builder. Once the cause of leak is found & fixed we will then need new jib etc & laundry cabinets fitted.
