Simple framing/ cladding job

I have a house on poles with concrete pad below. I'd like 3 rooms built under the house. 1 to be used as a laundry the other 2 for storage. Will want some shelving built in. Work involved will be framing and exterior cladding, something cheap and simple like ply. Will get 1 of the rooms lined in case it's ever used for a bedroom when we have guests.
