New commercial toilet block

We require a qualified builder that will construct a quality commercial-level toilet block. The work is on a greenfield site with no existing power or water connection, however we can provide a generator. We have Council-submitted plans for the design that can be provided for a quote. The total area of the toilet block is 25 sqm, with gender separation, 5 cubicles, 3 urinals and 4 washbasins in total. The quality of the job should be to a high standard, able to withstand periodic high levels of use.
