Open up living area (remove walls and put steel beams), extend bedroom and new ensuite

We have 3 bedroom 1920 bungalow on a lifestyle block and want to expand one bedroom out (as it is too narrow), also build an en suite next to the existing bedroom. New (smaller) tile roof is needed above the en-suite and the bedroom extension. We also want to remove some internal walls (requires long steel beams) to open up living/dinning/kitchen. We have plans drawn and council permit already and the funding. We need a professional who can manage all aspects of the job including hiring sub-contractors.
