New roof prep and new bathroom

The roof on the house is being replaced but needs some building work done prior to new roof going on. Deck area at rear of house: - Builder: o Demolish exterior framing/rafters and rotten beam o Replace beam with a tantalised treated glue lam beam o Splice new rafters into existing ceiling rafter, join to existing joinery o Replace existing cement board with grooved hardie board in back alcove area, replace failed cladding - Roof to be replaced once building/framing work is complete Also the existing bathroom needs to be remodelled with new fittings and wall linings so will need a builder to work with plumber. o Disconnect plumbing fixtures o Demolish upstairs bathroom o Pipe out for new plumbing fixtures o Reline bathroom walls o Lay under slate liner ready for tiles o Fit new archertraves around window and internal door o prep bathroom ready for tiler o Tiles to be installed o Final fit off of plumbing fixtures
