general building- outdoor and rehang a door

I have had work done on a relocated house with foundations that moved - now the house has settled I have some work that needs completing. The work involves re cladding a outdoor wall removed as part of recent works. it also involves re hanging or replacing the front door which had moved as well and no longer opens. I have let been let down by 2 builders that had agreed to do the work, and then stated that they were too busy - am hoping this route is more successful :-)
