Garage/ carport repair or transplant

We have a garage and carport attached, in very poor condition. Need to decide whether worth replacing roof & repairing rotten roof beams, possible far side wall wood damage OR removing and using second hand garage. Want carport detached from house, with gutter along house side as this needs to be lower side and below windows. Access is wide 3 m at least. The rear house came down the drive on a slant (fence down). The stump in photo foreground has gone. The garage exterior in poor condition, but goal is structurally sound and weather tight
