Huapai new build

My husband and I have recently purchased land and are now looking for someone to design the build. The section is 1,380 m2. Titles are expected in Sep/Oct 2016. We'd like estimates from someone who can produce concept drawings through to obtaining council approval. Here are the general details of what we’d like to build: • --- bedroom house • master bedroom with a walk in wardrobe and ensuite • open plan dining / living / kitchen (with scullery). • 2.7 high ceilings • carpet in the bedrooms • wooden flooring throughout the living areas, • tiles in the bathrooms / toilets. • laundry in garage • living and bedrooms on the northern side as much as possible with an indoor/outdoor flow • Weatherboard exterior with possibility of schist pillar (most likely the fake panels etc). • Double glaze windows. We are also looking to get a swimming pool at some stage (may come later depending on budget).
