Add new deck and room

We require a builder experienced in decking and internal room alterations. Wanted: Add a new raised deck which is approx. 9 metres by 3 metres on the northern part of the house and move walls to introduce a breakout room which flows onto the deck via wide aluminiums doors. See prefered style of deck attached (block and wood or similar). Brief: We are looking to increase liveable space in our existing home for ourselves and two boys without blowing a budget. We currently live in a 135 sqm one level, solid block house. Pictures are attached which show the current room layout and new design plan (sketch). The house building envelope is approximately 14.5m by 9m. Two bedrooms face north on a downward sloping section. We would like to move walls to add a breakout room which opens onto a deck as seen in the attached diagram. An example of the type of deck we want is attached. The plans may require drafting first? This can be discussed prior with a builder. Other work may follow as this is the first stage before other work is considered/started based on priority and cost. Feel free to ask questions.
