New Garage plus Renovation

9 metre long garage by 6metre deep. 3 Bays, High pitch gable roof. Ply and batten or board and batten cladding. Coloursteel roof. Power to garage. We have two auto doors to use but need one more supplied. One clear panel over each bay for light. One opening window. One pedestrian Door. Concrete Slab. Flat site, easy access, 30minutes to either Silverdale or Warkworth. We will then want to convert our existing internal garage space to living space, incl 1 bedroom, 1 living area and 1 bathroom. So there will be two jobs, one after the other. (The garage then the renovation).We require a quote for this work as well. Area is 6m x7m. Photo attached is of existing house to match garage to plus example of new garage. We would like to get the work completed before christmas this year.
