Hole in kitchen floor....

A small leak over time (we were not aware) has resulted in the floor infront of the washing machine collapsing through (can see the ground below). The hole itself is the roughly the size of a dinner plate however looking under the house (access is available under the house) it looks like the damage is approx inbetween 1.5 to 2 meters long.
