Hi, i have a conditional offer on a property expiring friday the 11/3/16. To obtain finance i need some repair quotes on a few areas that have high moisture content readings. The areas are around a lounge window, the master bedroom ranch slider, laundry (washing machine and supertub in one corner of the garage). There is potential more extensive repairs around these areas will need attention aswell. I am trying to gain visual access around these areas by the removal of gib to see the extent of the damage if any. I will need someone as soon as possible, as I would like to have this wrapped up one way or another well before the end of next week. Please contact me if you feel you can meet these requirements.
