New large rustic home

My family is planning to build a new rustic home on a lifestyle block near Kumeu. Architect plans have just been completed. It is 326 square metres, with some exposed beams and rafters. Not your typical build. I have a fair amount of of building experience, so would like to help out when I can. I hope to reduce my work week to three days so I can spend some time helping on the house. I also want to project manage the build to a large extent, but with the oversight and direction from a qualified builder. Ideally I am looking for someone who has experience with wooden/rustic homes, with one or two apprentices, to be paid on a labour only basis. Hoping to start end of April, but suspect delays with council will mean we may have to start after winter, perhaps end of October.
