Garden Studio Gib or Ply Lining Out

A small 3.6m x 2.8 m with gable roof height 3.25m to 3.0m steel framed building in my garden that I would like lined out. I would like a quote for two options: A. Straightforward you supply and install plaster board (Elephant Board 10mm preferred) 4 walls and ceiling, gib stopping and sanding. No painting. B. Finished board walls and ceiling, using your supplied plywood that has a wood veneer finish. No melamine, no painting. C. Your professional suggestion. The picture attached of the ply lined wall and window are just an example from the Bunnings or Plyguy website which I quite like as Option B.
