Custom doors for 2 different rooms

Hi, we have 2 different rooms that require doors, however, they'll need to have custom solutions as your standard doors wont fit in the spaces. Both doors are at the bottom of internal stairs. I'm thinking that some bifold doors might suit the spaces. I have attached 2 photos for the 2 different rooms. Looking to get some pricing on various options. Thanks so much! Tania
