Build new conservatory and pergola

We would like to replace an existing sunroom which has aluminium joinery with wooden weatherboards and bifold wooden windows and doors, and also build a pergola above an existing deck. We would like to have the job completed before the beginning of December. The property is in Pt Wells, close to Omaha and Matakana. The work has a building consent and requires a licensed building practitioner.
