Building Job with option to stay onsite by the Beach

We require a qualified builder who is experienced in renovation and general building work. We have an old villa up near Mangawhai and need the following work done: - Cut and install large bifold door (3810 x 2280). Please view pictures of the house and bifold. This bifold are going in the middle section currently where the door and window are. - Build deck with steps (Roughly 80sqm) - standard material. The deck will come out from the bifold and will be the length of the house and out from there (approx 5-6m). - Remove internal wall and shift electrical - Patch windows and other odds and ends We are looking for someone to do this job full time until completion with option of staying at the property while working (RIght by the beach). Local builder is preferred who has connections with other trades in the area and to save on travel costs. We are looking for a fixed quote once you have meet with us at the property to view the job in more detail. There will be no plans so we are looking for someone who can plan, execute and complete the job within given timeframe. Work to start ASAP after meeting. Please no time wasters. Cheers, James
