Building a kitset garage and retaining wall

I'm looking for a builder to construct a kitset garage +workshop (probably from Goldpine or totalspan) that will not require consent. The job will include pouring the concrete pad and lining the workshop walls. Before this, we'll also need a small retaining wall built.
