Replace 12 Balcony Wooden Support Beams

The support beams are a sandwich. Sadly over the years dirt has got in between the sandwich and rot has started. The balcony/deck needs to be supported with a hoist and then the sandwich replaced with a bigger gap and flashing over the top. A few have been done already by an owner so we have a contact for further info on how that went. I am expecting it to cost $16- $20K. I cannot get your next question to work so am including this info here.
