Master Suite build

We want to turn a hobby room into a master suite. The plumbing is there for shower and vanity. We need framing and lining for the WIR and ensuite. Help to see if we can work around the big window and what we can fit in the space. Ideally ASAP or before Christmas. Measurements in picture. We also have some other ceilings in the house we would like to gib and create a bit more storage.
