Cut through an internal wall for a door

Need a builder to cut through an internal wall (basic plasterboard and maybe a stud) for a door (which we will put in ourselves - it will eventually form a door to a new pantry which we will build into the media room (see pics for plans). This job is to: 1) Assess the suitability of the wall for cutting through (i.e. ensure it is not load bearing!) 2) Cut through the wall and make an opening the size required for the door.
