Area 1: Take down shower walls and remove/repair some wood which has rotted. Bathroom will then be re-floored and shower walls can be put back up. Area 2: Repair some area's of wall, replace wood panelling which has bubbled due to water leaks. Also prep a large area (remove wood panelling) for a mirror wall to be installed. (Yoga Studio)
