Construction of Coronet Grove - 8 New Homes

We are looking to book in a carpentry crew for the construction of 8 new double storey homes on our site located in Arthurs Point on a labour only basis. The total floor area of each house is approx 170 square metres. Building work will cover erection of framing through to final fit off (fitting of cladding is not required). All 8 units will begin construction at the same time but the work will be slightly staggered between each unit to allow crews to complete tasks on one or more homes at a time. If available, we are open to the carpenter preparing the floor slab also. Work on site is expected to begin in late June. Accepted carpentry crew must have good communication, be reliable, and have high standards of workmanship. If interested, please respond for plans and specifications to quote on.
