Builder/carpenter

Hi, we are looking for a builder who is keen on a labour-only job for our construction. I have attached a picture of the house as I don't seem to be able to attach a file. We need someone to do the framing, gibbing, flooring, stairs, installing custom-made furniture and anything else you want/can contribute to. We are still figuring out if we will need a builder for the concrete slab process or if the foundation company will do all associated with the foundation. If you are keen on the job, contact me and I will send you our full plans. It would be great to get a quote from you as well. A per sqm quote is ideal, but if you prefer doing per hour, that will work too. We are looking to put the foundation in December/January, latest in February. Would you be available? If not let me know what availability you have and we could work something out.
