Fix or remove leaking deck

We are just about to go to market with out house and a builders report has identified water coming in off a small deck. We are looking for someone available immediately to either find and fix the leak or remove the deck. It will require scaffolding and someone who is able to problem solve, but otherwise should be too big of a job. There doesn't appear to be substantial damage to the framing, so we mostly just need to demonstrate we have attempted to address the issue.
