Cladding replacement

1989 build house that needs some minor repairs (as per recent, pre-purchase builder's inspection): - replace rusted/corroded joist bearers under deck (easy access) - replace cladding/sheeting - has horizontal join, needs replacing with full sheet or vertical join - replace/repair minor cracks in fibre cement boards (all but one at ground level). - repair structural damage from water ingress (if any found on inspection) Images from builder's inspection are attached.
