Replace and paint porch structure

The porch structure has been blown apart from the house during a storm last month. I require two quotes. One to replace the structure back to its original state and one to build and paint a balistrade on the porch instead. These are for an insurance claim and I will decide which one to go with after talking to the insurance company. I have attached a photo of the structure prior to it being completely blown off and photos after the fact.
