Extension and renovations

We are having a 4x11m extension added to front of home which will go from a 3 to 4 bedroom. Two bedrooms in the extended area. Extension will extend the kitchen dining lounge. No dining kitchen changes mainly floors for now. Lounge will effectively be in the extended area. Cupboards etc in extension. Laundry room cupboard needs extending. Reno needed to existing bathroom and extra toilet room. Bedrooms and hallway need to be reconfigured in the new extension. New windows in extension and recongfig of some existing window. New flooring. Have looked into having the front extension machined indoors (if that's the right term). So must be willing to work with this if its a viable option. We'll be living in the home. Need someone with experience and qualified. References would be good. Who plans out their work and can stick to their timeframes (pending covid issues etc) or simply let me know when and why it's slipping. Prefer if there is a concentration on our job rather than working across many. Need quotes plan and timeframes. Willing to negotiate stages of the work as I feel maybe it could be broken down. Dream is to have it done by new school year but we're realists but just letting you know how keen we are and that we're ready to get going. Consent has been approved.
