Kitchen/laundry/porch/wardrobes

Hi there, we've plotted some plans to open up our existing kitchen, dining and laundry area and reconfigure it. It will require the removal of three walls in different spaces and the creation of a new laundry space. At the same time we would like to look at some wardrobe changes and additions. Note that we are yet to get drawings done/consent. We plan to do this based on our conversations with a builder.
