Knocking down internal walls

Would like to knock down a wall between the kitchen and dinning room to extend my kitchen into the dinning room space. Would also like to open the pocket door space between dinning room and lounge so its a wider opening. I believe the pocket door wall is a low bearing wall but I think there's a header in there already supporting the pocket door frame. Need an expert to confirm logical and give me a quote on achieving this please.
