Turn part of garage into sleepout
Job description
We require approx 1/2th of our garage converted into a sleepout /spare room. Will need a dividing wall put in, all walls and ceiling for room insulated and lined. Window on side replaced with opening windows and window at front replaced with ranchslider (we prefer secondhand for these and can discuss if we should source or if builder prefers to).

Excellent work - highly recommend. Stuart not only did the build but project managed for other contractors needed as well. He pushed to ensure deadlines met. Was excellent at communicating what was happening. Best experience had with builder.
