Deck and windows

We wish to add a deck to our lounge opening up the use of the back yard. The back yard is on an angle, at it's high point the deck will be approximately 1.5 metres off the ground, at it's low point it will be approximately 2.4 metres. There is an existing window frame on the lounge which we would like to replace with either french or sliding doors. We may also look at taking the existing window frame and inserting it to the side of the house to let more light into the lounge. The deck will be approximately 4.4 metres wide and 4 metres deep. We have not had any plans drawn up so we would need a builder who can do this.
