Replace rotten/wet particle board underneath vinyl and carpet

I have several jobs that need to be done for a rental property. 1. Replace particleboard underneath vinyl/carpet in bathroom, toilet and part of hallway. This is urgent, asap. This is gradual damage due to leak from cylinder. 2. Install tiles behind oven; 3. Plaster up a small hole (5 sqcm) in bathroom; 4. Most door handles in the house come off easily, need to be fastened; 5. One doorframe in wardrobe is broken, needs to be repaired. 6. Install 2 missing window catches.
