I need to partially knock down a wall to include a bedroom closet to extend bathroom. New size approx 150x150cm. Bathroom walls to be re-lined with Seratone and vanity, new bath with shower door, new toilet, heated towel rail, toilet roll & towel holders and mirror cabinet to be installed. Bathroom fittings & Seratone will be purchased by me, I require quote for plumbing & electrics (for new light with fan and mirror cabinet light to be fitted) Could I please have a estimate of labour costs only. I also have to replaster a smaller toilet sized 150cmx60cm(one side only on breadth)quote for this as well please. Wooden floor in both rooms to be lined with vinyl - costs for this as well please
