Bathroom Remodelling

BATHROOM 1) Bath - install 2) Shower cubicle - install 3) Toilet - install (bathroom - new addition) 4) Toilet - install (replace existing toilet in toilet room) 5) Handwash basin - install (existing toilet room) 6) New wall linings - Re-gib & plaster in remodelled bathroom Size is approx 6 - 8sqm (once room extended) We are remodelling our bathroom and hoping to extend the room slightly which I "believe" the wall we wish to push back is not a wall that requires a building consent. We require the bathroom to be gutted out and remodelled - then rejib and plaster and plumbing put in. We also need to replace the existing toilet in the room next door and install a handwash basin. We will purchase the items to be installed and will be responsible for painting and putting in lino for both rooms. Quotes from registered builders and plumbers would be warmly welcomed with 2-3 references for bathroom renovations worked on in the last 6-12 months. Thanks!
