New Garage

I wish to add a double garage to the side of our house. The structure will in fact be half garage and half workshop. The "Roof" is to be a weatherproof deck rather than a sloping roof so we can enjoy the sea views in the summer. Some excavation is required to permit an absolutely level floor slab as the "garage/workshop' will be used to house a "Full Size Snooker table" which must be on a very level surface to be able to play/practice on" There is a metre high retaining wall which will need to be removed and then rebuilt as part of one wall of the garage and I need someone to draw up the plans.
