Cat house

I'm after someone who can build a cat house that leans to the side of our house without causing damage to our house. The roof would be polycarbonate. The side panels will be polycarbonate and mesh wire to let air in. I have attached the area and size we'd like it to be. And I have also attached the design of what we're sort of looking at. We're open to designs offered by you. Not looking at spending too much. Would like it asap
