Wall and concrete pad repair

Hi there Looking to get some repair work done on an interior wall that has been exposed to moisture damage. The wall appears to be overhanging bare earth / the concrete pad has possibly crumbled away. Preferably looking for someone able to fix / seal the concrete / fill in under the wall so moisture is not coming up into the wall and replace the skirting board . Thanks,
