Issue with louvers

Hi, I have a spa world vortex 3400 pergola installed on my deck. Recently, couple of louvers have snapped out from the clips holding them to the hydraulics. I need help with fixing these louvers. I have spare clips I ordered but need help fixing them and ensure this doesn't come off again. Because of these two louvers the roof is not closing and opening so o stopped using it. Thanks.
