we have a leak in the bathroom and toilet of our rental property. Obviously been leaking for some time and now the floor is sinking and the tiles are cracked, sorry didn't take photos -inspection may be required prior to pricing. Will organise with tenant

"I would like to say the job ran on longer than it should of and that was my fault. But the adherance to cost, was always going to be hard to do, as it was an estimate only due to the nature of the job and we always informed the client of extra work required to remove unforseen rott and and faulty fittings to complete the job."
