1970s home needs a upgrade

We have a 1970s house in Bexley Place and are about to start some Renovation work on it. The work we are hoping to do is a complete redo of main bathroom, converting garage below house into living space, knocking down possible load bearing wall between kitchen and lounge and if funds are enough we want to build an attached double garage in front of the house and build a master Bedroom with en-suite above it We don’t yet have plans drawn up as we are still not settled on exactly how these will look
