Making open plan living area

The living area of our house currently is separated into a few different rooms. We would like to take out a couple of walls and add a new wall in a different place. WAnt to add a porch/entrance way. Ceiling is Michaelangelo tiles which would need changing. Would like to have new lights installed, probably spot lights, possibly some light tubes. Plus add a couple of extra power points. Aim is to get the house ready for a new kitchen area which could potentially be part of the job. Would like to start with discussing options.
