Job description
We have an independent garage at our property which has been converted into sleepout. We would like to convert this sleepout into an independent dwelling with kitchen, toilet and bathroom so we can rent it out. I understand there are 2 options, 1st either we go with complete council approval which is an expensive route and the 2nd we dont apply for any council approval. Would be great if anyone of you interested can get back to us with details and possible 2nd option and approximate costs associated.
