Fix garage walls, window framing and the roof structure

The garage is a double car garage, with car port attached in front of it. From inspection, the roof structure seems not properly done. The walls and window frames have rot damage. Similarly the car port structure doesn't seem strong enough. Can I get a quote on how much would it cost to fix these issues? Will be happy to arrange time for viewing.
