1) Repair and up upgrade six existing timber framed shade houses as follows Dig out between existing foundations poles spaced at 3.1m centres and concrete in twelve new [phone] x 125 H4 treated senton piles spaced centerley between twelve existing foundation piles. Construct six new timber trusses on site and bolt these securely to new foundation piles Supply and install new galvanised steel strap braces to the roofs of each shade house, eight braces to each shade house. Supply and install new 4 x 2 purlins to the roofs of each shade house. Two new purlin lines to each side of the shade houses. Repair or replace all damage 4 x 2 rough sawn framing in each shade house using first grade structural framing 4 x 2 (not boxing/fencing grade which was first used when shade houses were built) securely bolt and or bracket all new and repaired components into place. Install plywood bracing to the intersection point of each rafter tail and foundation piles to provide the correct structural support to these rafters. Supply and install timber webs to the apex section of each existing trusses.Supply and install extra 75mm screws (galv) to 3 x 1 battens which hold the clear plastic sheeting in place on the shade house. (These battens are working loose at present as they are only nailed in place with short nails at present) Supply and install rubber sleeves to the apex of each of the 3 x 1 hold down battens to allow the smooth and easy positioning of the shade cloth during summer months. Clear away all work related debris on completion. Quotation to widen the existing door ways to one end of each of the six shade houses, to 2 metres by 2 metres, to accommodate a fork lift. Providing a moveable steel bridging plate for across the existing concrete drain and clearing away all work related debris on completion. Quotation to shift bracing posts and wire braces to widen access way in front of shade housesDrill twelve new foundation holes 750mm deep, as close to shade houses as possible. Concrete in place twelve 200 sed brace poles Reattach and tension brace wires Clear away all work related debris
