Bathroom - a new showerbox has just been installed. The floor surface is to be prepared for tiles,the walls (to window level) and floor are to be tiled with selected tiles. The vanity is to be changed over after tiling, Wiring is required for a heated towel rail to be installed after the wall tiles. Together with the toilet, the tiling is around 12 m2 - same tiles to be used Toilet - present toilet unit to be replaced by "all in one " unit after walls and floor are tiled. Kitchen - Existing bench and lower cabinets are to be removed ready for kitchen firm to install new units themselves. Associated plumbing reqd for new dishwasher to be installed . Electrical work associated with disconnection of freestanding stove and installation of purchased (new) electric hob and underbench oven. Additional electrical power points required above bench in two positions after old bench is out and new bench is fitted.. Lounge - replacement of approx 2m2 of bowed chipboard flooring Laundry - replacement of approx 2-2.5 m2 water affected chipboard flooring, fitting to be installed installed to take washing machine discharge directly to the waste bypassing tub. Back porch - installation of an approved handrail ( not longer than 2m) at back steps There is quite a bit of to-ing and fro-ing so any interested party really needs to have other local work to avoid travel. Not interested in paying big mileage and travel costs.
