From Builders Report: Fibre cement; - Cracks were sighted to the cladding as photographed below, these need to be kept sealed to prevent moisture penetration. Ideally the affected sheets would be replaced to ensure weather tightness in these areas, engage a licensed builder to complete this work. - A section of corner flashing was missing at the rear of the property, as photographed below, replacement is recommended to reduce the chance of moisture ingress, engage a licensed builder to assess and complete.
