Garage repairs (bargeboards, gable cladding)

Single garage + workspace (26m squ) requiring repairs/maintenance. Most of the timber bargeboards are rotten and need replacing. The gable ends have Highline fibre-cement cladding and need repair in most areas. Floor is concrete and pools with water after heavy rain. Exterior ground levels are above the floor level and potentially need to lower exterior ground levels on all sides - can we assess and discuss.
